The show/hide link

Is the show/hide link really necessary? It seems that every recent template uses this link just to make up for the excessive padding/borders that seems to be the trend these days. And it's not like this template in particular really takes up that much space anyway (unlike the bulky item template). It's annoying to have to click that link every time one wants to see the content inside the table... --Blaziken257 07:11, 24 February 2010 (UTC)

Extra parameters?

Would it be possible to set up ones for Chinese and Dutch? Luna Tiger * the Arc Toraph 12:33, 13 October 2010 (UTC)

Suggestion

Can the template be edited so that if the parameter es= or fr= is entered, it overtakes es_la=, es_eu=, fr_ca=, and fr_eu=, respectively? Chosen of Mana 02:31, 13 November 2010 (UTC)

I agree. It should definitely be fixed, as many French and Spanish names are currently hidden from viewing. Also, is that differentiation between Europe/Quebec and Europe/Latin America so needed? Quebec now gets games in French (same version as in Europe), so all names are the same. Latin America doesn't get games, so everything is basically in English (other than moves. But I'm starting to change my mind on non-game translations of the moves as it's very hard to recognize fake translations [also, international anime dubs are rarely consistent in using one name for a move. The names often change between seasons or even episodes]. Not so long ago, some guy posted Greek names for all attacks. All of them probably fake [as he added them also for Shadow Moves and even Generation V moves, which can't possibly have Greek names]). Parameters fr= and es= must definitely be added (and they should yield France and Spain, being the "primary" regions). --Maxim 21:24, 17 December 2010 (UTC)

Sectioning by source

I suggest dividing these tables into at least two sections, one for in-game translations and one for anime(/other official media) translations. There is obviously a large difference between the two, not reflected at all in the current tables. This will also clearly define the purpose of these language tables, preventing users from adding their personal translations, as has been done often and not always detected. I like the idea of putting French, German, Spanish, Italian, and Korean above other languages due to being the only languages that the games are officially translated to (other than English and Japanese, which don't belong in this template). --SnorlaxMonster 14:18, 19 April 2013 (UTC)

Template update

{| class="roundy" style="background: #{{{color|{{green color}}}}}; border: 3px solid #{{{bordercolor|{{green color light}}}}};"

{| border=1 width="100%" style="background: #FFFFFF; border:1px solid #{{{color|{{green color}}}}}; border-collapse:collapse;"
|- style="background: #{{{color|{{green color}}}}};"
! colspan=2 | {{color|{{{textcolor|000}}}|Language}}
! {{color|{{{textcolor|000}}}|Title}}

Only copied part of the template code, since I didn't want the code to take up at least half the page. — Reshi643 04:31, 20 August 2013 (UTC)

Template tt

I am not able to use templatett when using this template. Can someone please help me? --PikaTepig999 10:27, 17 June 2014 (UTC)

Macedonian

This template needs to be updated with Macedonian so I can add the Macedonian slogan to the Gotta catch 'em all page. Thanks! --Mine4017 (talk) 17:42, 31 October 2015 (UTC)

I also need Valencian. --Mine4017 (talk) 17:50, 31 October 2015 (UTC)
