Uh.....

If the TM no longer exists in generation V and Skarmory is still the only one who can learn it by Level Up, doesn't that make Steel Wing it's signature move now? Shiramu Kuromu 01:00, 8 December 2010 (UTC)

Well, a bunch of Pokémon learn it via breeding, and Pokémon that learned it via TM in Gen IV can be imported to Generation V, so I wouldn't think so. Wilde32 10:34, 18 April 2011 (UTC)
