I've mentioned this elsewhere before, but I really don't think we should consider the game artworks eyecatches. Game "eyecatches"

Different graphics on Who's That Pokemon
Shouldn't the different graphical styles for Who's That Pokemon be shown here? The graphic style used for Advanced was actually introduced for Johto League Champions, and the previous season, Johto Journeys, had another different style.
