:::Well, it's possible. But such forms seem to be very rarely used and somewhat obsolete. I really think that it's hard to specify what language are the names Bel and Cheren derived from. Both are from common Slavonic roots běl- and čĭrn- which evolved differently in respective languages. I'm a linguist (not a professional yet but studying and striving to become one), so if you've got questions about such thing, then call me. --[[User:Maxim|Maxim]] 10:44, 15 July 2010 (UTC)

Черен

"Черен" means "black" in Russian also. Kikugi 08:23, 15 July 2010 (UTC)

Nope. Russian for black is чёрный. I'm learning the language. Also, I think that rather than wondering what language is it taken from, we should say that it's actually a SLAVIC root. Russian, Bulgarian, Polish, Czech, Serbian, Ukrainian etc. - those are all Slavic languages and the words for "black" and "white" are very similar in all of them, as they all came from the same Proto-Slavic root. --Maxim 09:47, 15 July 2010 (UTC)

Well, it's possible. --Maxim 10:44, 15 July 2010 (UTC)
