Release information

This card was included as a Regular card, a Full Art ultra rare card, a special illustration rare card, and a gold-etched hyper rare card in the Japanese Stellar Miracle expansion. The Regular, Full Art ultra rare, and hyper rare prints feature artwork by 5ban Graphics, while the special illustration rare print features artwork by Saboteri. The Regular, Full Art special illustration rare, and hyper rare prints are included in the English Stellar Crown expansion, while the ultra rare print is released as an SVP Black Star Promotional card included in the Terapagos ex Ultra-Premium Collection, released on November 22, 2024.

An oversized version of the Regular print bearing the Stellar Crown expansion logo on the right side of the artwork as given away with eligible Pokémon Trading Card Game purchases in various countries. In the Czech Republic, it was given away with purchases worth at least 499 Kč at participating JRC or Smarty stores, or from their online shops.[1] In France, it was given away with purchases worth at least €25 from participating Smyths stores.[2] In Slovakia, it was given away with purchases worth at least €19.99 at participating BRLOH or Smarty stores, or from their online shops.[3] In the United Kingdom, it was given away with purchases worth at least £14.99 at participating GAME stores.[4]

The Regular print was reprinted in the special Prismatic Evolutions expansion, alongside a Full Art special illustration rare print with artwork by mashu, and a gold-etched hyper rare print with artwork by 5ban Graphics; all three prints originated from the Japanese Terastal Fest ex subset.

The Regular print is reprinted again in the Ascended Heroes special expansion, originating from the Japanese MEGA Dream ex subset. In Japan, it is also reprinted in the Start Deck 100 Battle Collection.

Trivia

Origin

This card features a Terastallized Terapagos, known as its Stellar Form, which has the Stellar Tera Type. The Crown Opal attack is named after opal, a hydrated amorphous silica gemstone known for its iridescence.
