Discard 1 Energy card attached to Shining Mew in order to flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokémon is now Confused. If tails, the Defending Pokémon is now Asleep. If you can't discard Energy cards, this attack does nothing (not even damage).
In Japan, this card was available as an Unnumbered Promotional card on an insert in the May 2001 issue of CoroCoro Comic, released on April 15, 2001.
Trivia
This card features the Darkness, and to Light... symbol, indicating that it is a promotional addition to the Japanese expansion. It is Cosmos Holofoil, unlike the Shining Pokémon included in the expansion, which have an embossed foil treatment.
The holofoil pattern is not limited to the card's artwork, unlike most holofoil cards of its period. This is similar to a phenomenon called holofoil "bleed-through", where a holofoil pattern can be seen through printed layers of the card. This is different from reverse holofoil cards, which feature only limited printing atop the foil layer.
The text on the bottom of the card border reads: "CoroCoro Comic May issue bonus card."
Like other Psychic-type Pokémon cards, the colored part of the card (magenta), when exposed to sunlight, can turn blue.
