Release information

This card was one of the SM Black Star Promos included in the Pikachu-GX & Eevee-GX Special Collection, released November 1, 2019. A Jumbo version of the card was also included in the box. In Japan, it was released as one of the SM-P Promotional cards and was available as part of the BEAMS & Pokémon Card Game Collaboration Project. Customers who purchased at least ¥2,400 worth of BEAMS collaboration products at participating stores were given a copy of this card. The BEAMS T Harajuku store in Tokyo gave away the card during the weekend of August 3 and 4, 2019. Products could only be purchased by those who were drawn in a lottery held prior to the promotion, the application period for which was open from July 25 to 28, 2019. The card was limited to 2 per person at the BEAMS T Harajuku store and could only be redeemed by children in elementary school and below. Pokémon Centers and the Pokémon Center Online began to distribute the card with purchases starting August 6, 2019 for as long as stocks lasted. These stores imposed a limit of 1 card per customer.
