Release information

This card was included as a Regular card in the Paldea Evolved expansion, first released in the Japanese Snow Hazard expansion. The Regular print was reprinted, alongside a new Shiny rare print with artwork by Kagemaru Himeno, in the Japanese Shiny Treasure ex subset. The Regular print was included in the Paldean Fates expansion, while the Shiny rare print was released as a SVP Black Star Promo available in the Paldean Fates Tech Sticker Collections from January 26, 2024.

A Cosmos Parallel Holofoil variant of the Paldean Fates Regular print was made available in Costco Paldean Fates Mini Tin 5-Packs from around early October 2024. This variant incorrectly uses a Lightning-type design on the Holofoil layer instead of a Darkness-type one to match the full-color print. The error seems to be present across the entire Paldean Fates Mini Tin 5-Pack production run, as no correct versions have currently been documented.
