Release information

This card was released in the Electivire Half Deck of the Japanese Magmortar vs Electivire Deck Kit as both a Holofoil and Non Holofoil card. The Non Holofoil print was included in the English Secret Wonders expansion, while the Holofoil version was included in the Powerhouse Theme Deck.

This card later received an erratum to change the Discharge attack's coin flips to be based on the number of "Lightning Energy cards" rather than "Lightning Energy".

Motor Drive is an Ability in the Pokémon games that Electivire can have. Discharge is a move in the Pokémon games that Electivire can learn. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Diamond and Pearl.
