De Rosa (Japanese: デロッサ Derossa) is a character of the day who appeared in A High-Speed Awakening!. He was the champion of the 33rd Vikavolt race.
He competed in the 34th annual Vikavolt race, but ended up losing to Sophocles and his Vikavolt.
