In Japan, this card was released in the Tamamushi City Gym Theme Deck. It was later released in the Gym Heroes expansion, having been previously reprinted in the Japanese Leaders' Stadium expansion.

Origin
This card is based on the Celadon Gym, where Trainers can challenge Erika for the Rainbow Badge in the Pokémon games.
