The Expedition Base Set print includes Dot Code strips for use with the e-Reader, and has the card ID B-59-#. The short strip contains a brief card summary, and information on the content of the long strip.

Release information
This card was included in the Expedition Base Set with artwork by Ken Sugimori, first released in the Japanese Base Expansion Pack. It was later included in the EX FireRed & LeafGreen expansion, having been previously released in Japan in the Flight of Legends expansion. It was reprinted in the Japanese Venusaur/Charizard/Blastoise Random Constructed Starter Decks, Deoxys Half Deck of Gift Box Emerald, Grass and Psychic Quick Construction Packs, and Gift Box Mew • Lucario. It was later reprinted in the EX Crystal Guardians expansion, first released in the Ocean's Kyogre ex and Earth's Groudon ex Constructed Starter Decks. It was reprinted again in the Japanese Imprison! Gardevoir ex Constructed Standard Deck and the English POP Series 5.
It was reprinted once again in the Celestial Storm expansion with the same artwork. A Full Art print was also released in the expansion and features artwork by Sanosuke Sakuma. These prints originate from the Japanese Champion Road subset.

Bill is the inventor of the Pokémon Storage System in the Pokémon games. His maintenance on the Time Capsule in the Generation II games is the likely inspiration for this card.
