Unburden (ability)

Unburden (Japanese: かるわざ Risky Undertaking) is an ability introduced in Generation IV that doubles Speed when the Pokémon's hold item is lost. If there is no hold item to begin with or if a hold item is merely traded for another, Unburden will not activate. Two Pokémon have this ability, both from the same evolutionary line.
