Given that Snow is meant as a total replacement for Hail, it might be simpler to combine the two pages. Rename the Hail page to Snow, of course make links to Hail redirect to that page, and add that the name and primary effect were changed in Generation IX. This would be preferable to having to fill out an entire new page for a mechanic that is meant to be treated as the same as the old one and removes this short page lacking information.
