Shiny Gengar?

I could be wrong, but in the preview for this episode, what looks like a shiny Gengar also appears. This Gengar was glowing in the preview. Is it indeed a shiny Gengar, or is it the same Gengar that has been following Ash and Go for some time now under a different lighting? --PKMNAdventurer (talk) 23:52, 1 March 2020 (UTC)
