The EX Trainer Kit 2 is a special Deck Kit for the Pokémon Trading Card Game and features the Pokémon Plusle and Minun. It was released in English and European languages only.

- The set was released on 15th March 2005.
Trivia
- All of the cards found within the two Half Decks are reprints from EX Hidden Legends, EX FireRed & LeafGreen, EX Team Rocket Returns, EX Deoxys and EX Emerald. The only exceptions are the holographic cards Plusle and Minun, which were until the release of this set exclusive Japanese promotional cards.
- Spoink and Grumpig appeared in this set before their EX Emerald counterparts, so they are technically not reprints, as EX Emerald was released in May 2005.
- In addition to the half decks, the EX Trainer Kit 2 also includes an EX Booster Pack, rulebook, double-player mat, damage counters, status counters and a custom coin (some are packaged with a coin featuring energy symbols, some are packaged with a Rayquaza coin).
