Okay, here's the instructions.

ok, but, how will you be able to find me? should i write down your DS# just in case? and dont worry about "bad eggs". if the game realizes its hacked, it just wont let you use it. but these should be allowed. the most common reason for PBR rejections is over-use of EVs, and i didnt EV your pokemon, so, you should be ok. For a table of contents, put Template:Code where you want the TOC to appear, and for userboxes, put
