Hey, anybody have an advice on how to kill Bronzong's? I am just looking for advice, as my friend has opposite Bronzong's with high defence and high special defence.

Any tips? I have several good fire pokemon, but I cant even use status affects to kill it, as they both have white herbs.

Does anyone know where to get Expert Band? It says rt 221, but i cant find it there.

Any reccomendations for Arcanine? I have overheat, extremespeed, flare blitz and dig on him. Is that any good?
