warnings to users

2 questions really.

Can you tell me what the name of the template is where you tell a user to please sign talk page comments and the template where you tell them not to remove talk page comments, (the one that mentions Big Johno is an edit war with a sysop).

They aren't the main couple of the first one, u know! They'll only b mentioned twice in YHABTO, but they marry and conceive in sequel. The main couple in YHABTO is Ash/Misty, and then the focus shifts to Elder and Brunette (the Brunette was sum1 else's idea, his Pearl versionh had it, so I naturally followed up.
