It has to level up to evolve...-Sketch 21:54, 1 November 2008 (UTC)
it evolves by happiness, just check the game----UltamateCharizard 11:08, 22 November 2008 (UTC)
Riolu still need to gain a level, during the day, when their happiness is high enough. Just getting it to have a high enough happiness won't trigger the evolution into Lucario. - Kogoro | Talk to me - 11:51, 22 November 2008 (UTC)

Protection

Found and captured in Pokemon Black: Discipline Cave level 2. Found and captured another after a while. Seems like just about a 5% encounter rate. (Taintedshadow) 00:21, 20 November 2010

Riolu's second move

I know that it wasn't exactly given any name on screen, but there was definitely a second move that Riolu used when it slammed its body into Onix's head after running through/dodging the Rock Throw. Looks vaguely like Quick Attack. Panky.. (talk) 06:56, 16 April 2020 (UTC)
