Molayne's Age

Molayne can't be older than 28 due to choosing Sophocles as his successor. If Molayne promoted Sophocles when they were 20 and 11 respectively, oldest they can be now is 28 and 19. Additionally, Molayne is likely at least 20. As the article states, he's roughly the same age as Kukui. According to Guzma, Kukui is too old to be a captain, so Kukui must be at least 20. This should put Molayne's age somewhere between 20 and 28. Skyarrow (talk) 07:28, 25 December 2016 (UTC)

Note that "likely" isn't good enough. Molayne may have abdicated his captain position early, so we don't know for sure that he was 20 then (or is even 20 yet now). Also, Molayne and Kukui taking the island challenge around the same time doesn't guarantee they're around the same age — one or both of them may have taken it later than the standard 11 (I don't believe I've seen any in-game dialogue to preclude this as a possibility, but please let me know if I overlooked it). Since Molayne's oldest possible age is 28, should that on it's own be included in the article? Characters like Lusamine and Flint have their minimum ages on their pages, and a maximum age is sort of like that. Skyarrow (talk) 17:39, 25 December 2016 (UTC)
