So:
*Ludicolo gets move from JR Kyushu Event, but isn't listed. It can learn it as Lombre since Generation III.
*Swampert gets move from the same event, but IS listed, despite being capable of learning it as Mudkip since Generation III as well.
This makes no sense.

Dead serious, I saw a Seedot use this move in Phenac Coliseum in Pokemon Coliseum. How did that happen? Was it a possible egg move or superhax? --Havoc48 20:15, 22 February 2011 (UTC)

So:
