According to Pokefor, Blizzard's accuracy raises to 100% during Hail. Can anyone test and confirm this (both in-game and in link battles)? - Jshadias 22:15, 5 May 2005 (UTC)

100% accuracy or cannot miss? The same goes for Thunder in rain. I ask this because Bulbapedia has consistently kept to 100% when mentioning this, but frankly, I've never had Blizzard missing against a Brightpowdered, Double Teaming Froslass in Hail. --Jayc 08:30, 8 September 2009 (UTC)

Uh... Sheer Cold

Uh yeah, this article says that the strongest Ice attack is Blizzard. Isn't that Sheer Cold? I mean, Sheer Cold is a OHKO if it connects to any pokémon.--Quick Man107 12:49, 3 April 2008 (UTC)

I think that it's talking about the moes Power stat, which would in fact make Blizzard the strongest Ice-type attack. OHKO moves have nothing in their Power stat, since they only rely on hitting the target and the target's Ability (won't work if they have Sturdy). Diachronos 17:56, 18 November 2008 (UTC)

Generation I Accuracy

It's not worth stating that its accuracy is "89.5%" rather than 90%. Move accuracy is stored as a byte in the game data, which necessarily causes some round-off error. Maybe if it were stored as a floating point number, but it's not. If we say 89.5% here, we should say it for all the other moves, and I think this affects later generations as well. And don't forget the issue with capping 100% accuracy moves in Generation I. It would be stupid to go around having all the 100% moves say, "This move had 99.6% accuracy in Generation I."  — Laoris _(Blah) 20:43, 26 January 2009 (UTC)

Trivia Question

The trivia states that Suicune is the only non-Ice-type Pokémon to learn Blizzard "naturally", but doesn't Rotom also technically learn Blizzard naturally, without the use of TMs or tutors? If so, that trivia needs to be changed. --RiverAura 01:48, 4 September 2009 (UTC)

Rhyperior has STAB?
