Alpha Pokémon formula?

The values seems to come from a float value between 0 and 255 that is put in a triangular distribution ( no info if this is regular or skewed or uses left, right, or middle points). As for the formula itself, it is unknown for both height and weight. If anyone knows the universal formula for determining the range of height and weight values an alpha can be, please add.
