Can anybody that knows more about making a page please expand on this? I saw that this was a ne move and I thought it needed a page of its own. All I know is that it acts like false swipe, and is found on the new Celebi Event Pokémon. - unsigned comment from ViperByte (talk • contribs)

Would this qualify as a signature move?
So far, only the Pokemon Bank Celebi can learn this move. Should we classify Hold Back as a signature move, or should we wait for time to pass? - unsigned comment from IM-T-MAN2 (talk • contribs)
