Is completing the National Dex dependant on the GBA slot anymore with HGSS and Platinum out? ie, assuming a player has only a DSi, and therefore no access to their Pokémon on Gen III titles, are there any Pokémon that they will be completely unable to obtain in the Gen IV titles (excluding event legendaries)?
