Episode numbering.

Question, now that we have confirmation that this is a "completely new" series, will the general anime numbering be the same or will it restart? Is this going to be episode 1,233 or are we going to put it down as episode number 1 overall?

I'd say reset the number. I personally cannot agree with calling Pokémon Horizons the "eighth series of the Pokémon anime", since as you mentioned, pre-release material confirmed Horizons to be a completely new series. Inkster (talk) 04:02, 30 March 2023 (UTC)

Let's wait and see. We don't have enough information on that as of now. As for the number after Journeys, that is to reflect the episode following Journeys finale, not that it's the literal sequel of the story itself. Adil — Talk page 15:58, 6 April 2023 (UTC)

UK Air Dates

The first 6 episodes have aired in the UK on CBBC over this past week (with Episodes 1 & 2 aired on the same day back to back as they're the same episode in 2 parts) and were all available on BBC iPlayer from Friday 1st December.

As I've never edited here before I didn't want to just go in and make an edit without asking first. Does Bulbapedia include air dates in other countries besides the US and Japan, even when it's the same English translation?

Errors - Amethio's hair

Those triangle shapes are the highlights on his hair, they just gave them a triangle shape to go with the rest of his design (notice that his pupils/highlight of his eyes are also triangle-shaped). Removing them when the scene is too dark or too bright shouldn't be considered an animation error. Guille Skye (talk) 18:17, 23 March 2024 (UTC)
