Zapdos was later merged with {{p|Articuno}} and {{p|Moltres}} into {{DL|Legendary birds (Adventures)|Thu-Fi-Zer|a combination Pokémon}} that was defeated by Red, {{adv|Blue}}, and {{adv|Green}}, causing it to split up again and freeing the legendary birds.
