| Incineroar and it's coloration is based on a {{wp|tiger}}. As do its colorations. More specifically, a {{wp|black tiger}}. Incineroar's shiny coloration might be based on a white tiger. It also shares elements with a {{wp|professional wrestling|professional wrestler}}. In addition, its [[Pokémon category|category]] and secondary {{t|Dark}} type bring to mind a {{wp|Heel (professional wrestling)|heel}}, a wrestler who embodies {{wp|vice}}, in contrast to a {{wp|Face (professional wrestling)|face}}, who embodies {{wp|virtue}}. Tiger the dark should also come to mind when thinking about Incineroar. Not only is his colorscheme similar, not only the Dark type, but he's also a heel.
