Sprites to art

Can the sprite display be changed to an art display similar to the one on {{G6ievent}}? This way, we can display Kalos Pokémon art instead of a uniform question mark. - Chosen of Mana 18:24, 31 October 2013 (UTC)

A little late, but this should probably happen. Pikachu Bros. (talk) 21:26, 20 March 2014 (UTC)

BG and Border?

In which instances should BG and Border be used? Version exclusivity? Should Shiny Beldum use ORAS colors? - Chosen of Mana 13:19, 18 November 2014 (UTC)

Met parameter

There doesn't appear to be one. It only displays whether it was a fateful encounter or not. glikglak 16:11, 28 November 2014 (UTC)

That's one of the reasons why this template was quickly replaced by {{G6event/head}}. --SnorlaxMonster 03:58, 29 November 2014 (UTC)

Event moves

The bold note is rather pointless for this template because every single move can be taught again if forgotten in Gen VI. I think it should stay, though, but with a revision:

  • Moves in bold cannot be obtained by leveling up, breeding, or Move Tutor. They can be taught again at the Move Reminder if forgotten.
  • Moves in italic can be obtained by breeding or cannot be obtained at certain level. They can be taught again at the Move Reminder if forgotten.

The first note includes moves that can be learned prior to evolution, hence why it is written like that instead of simply "can only be obtained by this event". Also, the second sentence in the first note can be removed for pre-Gen VI event templates in the future. Just add some black-colored links and we done. AKUro? あくロちゃん 15:33, 12 February 2015 (UTC)

Your premise is not correct. Move Tutor moves and TM moves cannot be taught again from the Move Reminder if forgotten, nor can moves exclusive to pre-evolutions or previous generations (or events in previous generations). These event moves are handled in the same way as Egg moves in the Pokémon's data structure; as a result, they always appear at the top of the list at the Move Reminder. Similarly, moves not in bold will not. --SnorlaxMonster 15:43, 12 February 2015 (UTC)
