::: Yes you are able to use this attack on wild Pokemon, at least one Pokemon should be holding an item. It says it right there in the article so no reason to add something that exists. Also no this is basically the same move as trick, it just swaps held items between Pokemon, there is no trading. Questions
For some reason on every other site, I see people asking if this move can be used on wild Pokémon. It would probably be a good idea to mention somewhere that it can.

- Yes you are able to use this attack on wild Pokemon, at least one Pokemon should be holding an item. It says it right there in the article so no reason to add something that exists.
