Should it be mentioned that Groudon/Kyogre's (Not sure about Rayquaza) battle music is the same as it was in Ruby/Sapphire? I just noticed that the tower is actualy accessible before you get the blue/red orb, just that the lengendary pokémon won't appear yet. I don't know which event is the trigger to give you access to the tower, but it was just after I got the Hoenn starter that I noticed I could enter. Order
