FireRed/LeafGreen

Since we're taking a leap and saying that Apollo is the executive in charge of TR in GSC as well as HGSS, how would FRLG add into this? We have two Team Rocket Admins (one male and one female) in the Sevii Islands. The Female one could be Athena. Does anyone else have any thoughts?--Purimpopoie 17:51, 8 November 2009 (UTC)

I don't think so because FRLG happened before HGSS/GSC (chronologically) and the levels are higher. Turtwig A (talk | contribs) 17:54, 8 November 2009 (UTC)
Level argument doesn't hold up: Lance's Pokemon similarly "Level Down" between Generation I/III and II/IV. And I don't see how FRLG happening "first" makes it less likely.--Purimpopoie 18:00, 8 November 2009 (UTC)
