In Yellow version, the first Jr. Trainer♂ has not a lv20 Squirtle, but he has a lv16 Weepinbell. In FRLG, the last 2 trainers (1 w/ 3 pidgey and one with spearow and raticate), both will eventually use higher level pokemon (and their evolved forms) yet do not have the vs seeker. | |||
