Revision as of 19:47, 8 August 2007

Please don't write "Japanese voice actor is unknown". The voice actors are known for most characters. It's simply a matter of looking it up on, say, Pokeani. - 振霖T 02:40, 23 October 2006 (UTC)

Sorry about that. It won't happen again. PAK Man 22:04, 23 October 2006 (UTC)

You can indent bulleted lists and numbered lists like so:

  • A
    • B
      • C
  1. A
    1. B
      1. C

-振霖T 07:24, 15 February 2007 (UTC)

Thanks for the info! --PAK Man 22:23, 15 February 2007 (UTC)

Please use the <ab> tag to deal with song lyrics. There are examples in some of the Japanese song articles. Also, section headings are capitalised the same way as article names on Bulbapedia, i.e. only the first word and proper names are capitalised. - 振霖T 03:47, 17 February 2007 (UTC)

Idea I had

Hi. What's up? I had an idea that I wanted to share with you, to get another person's opinion. We've both been contributing a lot to the music articles on Bulbapedia. How about we start a Project for music? Would you be interested in joining? Do you think it's necessary?--ElectAbuzzzz 21:50, 2 April 2007 (UTC)

Well, I don't know too much about the music. But if you need any assistance, I'd be glad to help you out. I actually own the 2BA Master cassette and the Totally Pokémon CD--PAK Man 21:52, 2 April 2007 (UTC)
Hmmm... Does it say exactly who preformed each of the songs there?--ElectAbuzzzz 12:51, 3 April 2007 (UTC)
Not to my knowledge. However, I do have some episodes of the Orange Islands and Johto Journeys from their original broadcast dates. These include Pikachu's Jukebox and Pokémon Karaokemon, so at least in those articles I can write about which episodes they appeared in. --PAK Man 20:00, 3 April 2007 (UTC)

Nomination for adminstratorship

You have been nominated for administratorship on Bulbapedia. Congratulations. - 振霖T 07:08, 16 April 2007 (UTC)

Thank you very much! I am very honored by this privilage. --PAK Man 15:07, 16 April 2007 (UTC)

Question of relevance

Hi. I've a question for you (now that you're a big shot :))... I finished doing articles for almost all core Pokémon songs. I wonder, though, whether non-Pokémon songs that were featured on Pokémon soundtracks (the first two movies' soundtracks, of course), are worthy of their own articles. Thoughts? --ElectAbuzzzz 21:41, 19 April 2007 (UTC)

Thanks for the compliment :). Anyway, what songs were you thinking about? If it were a song like "Brother My Brother," which was featured prominantly in the first movies' climax, then I think it would be a good idea. However, I don't think "Soda Pop" by Britney Spears would warrant its own article. Also, the content of some of those songs is debatable. I'm mostly thinking of M2M's "Don't Say You Love Me," which appears to be about Ash and Misty. Also, maybe the song should be exclusive to the Pokémon soundtrack (like Polkamon). --PAK Man 22:12, 19 April 2007 (UTC)
"Don't Say You Love Me" appears to be about Ash and Misty? I never saw the connection... Anyway, just to make sure that we're on the same wave here: Songs that are worthy and have yet to get an article are: Brother my Brother, Catch Me if You Can, If Only Tears Could Bring You Back, Vacation, Lullaby, The Power of One, With All Your Heart, One Heart, One, Comin' to the Rescue... right? Or is any of these wrong? --ElectAbuzzzz 22:22, 19 April 2007 (UTC)
Well, I thought it was about those two. Anyways, if you want me to be honest, I can't help you too much with the songs from movie two, since I never owned the soundtrack and I haven't seen the movie in about six years. But I can definitely tell you that Vacation would work, since that was the Pikachu's Vacation theme. Which one was Lullaby? Catch Me If You Can (was that the one from Pikachu's Vacation that played during the race?) should work, as could If Only Tears Could Bring You Back. Looks okay to me, for the most part. --PAK Man 22:34, 19 April 2007 (UTC)
Lullaby is the Jigglypuff one... If I recall correctly, Jigglypuff's voice is even heard in the background. So it qualifies for sure. Great, I'll start working on these tomorrow morning (it's 01:40 am here in Israel, lol...) Thanx a bunch for the help. --ElectAbuzzzz 22:40, 19 April 2007 (UTC)

Thanks for informing!

I should have thanked you earlier, but I didn't know how to find a User's Talk page, so...
Anyways, thanks for reminding me about using the tags for Pokemon names and moves. I'll be careful from now on. --Rhm2768 07:31, 1 July 2007 (UTC)

Re:

haha thanks...I'm so used to typing it without the é. I'll take care of that, and then I'll remove the tag on the article. That ok? Kochdude388 04:32, 8 July 2007 (UTC)

d'oh! You've already done it. Alright, I'll remove the tag, and thanks again. Kochdude388 04:35, 8 July 2007 (UTC)

Yet another question of relevance

Hi again :) I've another "is it notable" kinda question: the Anime Pokémon section here is getting bigger and bigger by the day. Many contributers, including you and me, are adding Pokémon characters articles constantly. We have articles for minor Pokémon such as Drew's Butterfree, Paul's Azumarill, Vicious's Scizor, Nero, Orville, Pink Butterfree, Spoink (anime) and others. Some of them appeared in only one episode, or had extremely minor roles. The question is - when is it too much? Which specific Pokémon deserve articles and which don't? For example: many Gym Leaders used one Pokémon prominently, and that Pokémon debuted in the series under their ownership. Common examples are Lt. Surge's Raichu, Erika's Gloom, Sabrina's Kadabra, Blaine's Magmar, Whitney's Miltank and others. These Pokémon had a far more important role in the anime than, say, Orville ar Nero. Another example is Pokémon who were main characters in Pikachu shorts, such as Wynaut in Camp Pikachu or Larvitar in Pikachu's PikaBoo. I'd love to give them each articles of their own, but I just don't know if it's right. What say you? --ElectAbuzzzz 16:27, 20 July 2007 (UTC)

any news? --ElectAbuzzzz 20:18, 3 August 2007 (UTC)
