Pyrite Colosseum (Japanese: パイラコロシアム Pyra Colosseum) is the Colosseum in Pyrite Town in the Orre region. It appears in Pokémon Colosseum and Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness. It is run by Duking and powered by the nearby windmill-driven power station.

Trainers

Pokémon Colosseum

In Pokémon Colosseum, Cipher Admin Miror B. is behind a secret operation handing out Shadow Pokémon to winners of the tournament. After Miror B. is defeated at his hideout in Pyrite Cave, the Colosseum returns to normal operation under Duking.

Story Mode

All Story Mode Colosseum challenges are conducted in Double Battle format.

Before defeating Miror B.

The player must clear this gauntlet to gain access to the Pyrite Bldg.









Defeating all of the Trainers earns the player $4,848 and TM06 (Toxic).

Round 1 (after defeating Miror B.)









Defeating all of the Trainers earns the player $6,308 and TM01 (Focus Punch).

Round 2









Defeating all of the Trainers earns the player $7,208 and TM07 (Hail).

Round 3









Defeating all of the Trainers earns the player $5,972 and TM05 (Roar).

Round 4









Defeating all of the Trainers earns the player $7,020 and TM31 (Brick Break).

Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness

In Pokémon XD, if the Miror Radar goes off, Miror B. may appear here, replacing one of the regular Trainers and carrying a Shadow Pokémon the player previously failed to snag. There is also a knockout challenge in Pyrite Colosseum.

Defeating all the Trainers will earn the player $3,040 and TM31 (Brick Break).

Round 2









Defeating all the Trainers will earn the player $3,040 and TM12 (Taunt).

Round 3









Defeating all the Trainers will earn the player $2,880 and TM41 (Torment).

Round 4









Defeating all the Trainers will earn the player $2,880 and TM05 (Roar).
