Release information
This tag was given away as part of a 7-Eleven purchase campaign that ran between November 20 and December 3, 2021.[1] Customers at participating stores across Japan who purchased two in any combination of eligible rice balls, bread products, or premium fruit au lait beverages were given a copy of either this tag or a Dialga tag at random.[2] Instead of a Pokédex entry or tag partner details, the tag features a QR code that led to a campaign page on the Official Pokémon Mezastar website.[3] From November 25, 2021, players that used this tag and recorded their activity with a Memory tag could redeem a Palkia-themed T-shirt Fashion Item through the Mezastar Club.
