The Origin Ore (Japanese: オリジンこうせき Origin Ore) is a type of Key Item introduced in Pokémon Legends: Arceus.

In the core series games

During Mission 18: "The Counterpart", Professor Laventon uses the Origin Ore, the shattered remains of the Red Chain, and a Poké Ball in order to craft the Origin Ball.
