Learnset

Any non-Mega Evolved, non-Primal Pokémon can use Bloom Doom if it knows a damaging Grass-type move, holds a Grassium Z, and if its Trainer wears a Z-RingSM or Z-Power RingUSUM.

Rowlet Rowlet strikes a series of synchronized poses with its Trainer to build Z-Power. It then becomes surrounded by a light green aura, causing the battlefield to be covered in flowers. The energy surrounding Rowlet then rapidly expands, creating a giant explosion.

Tsareena Tsareena strikes a series of synchronized poses with its Trainer to build Z-Power. It then becomes surrounded by a light green aura, causing the battlefield to be covered in flowers. The energy surrounding Tsareena morphs into an orb in the air, which is fired at the opponent in the shape of a massive beam.
