Terapagos's Adventure! (Japanese: テラパゴスの冒険 Terapagos's Adventure) is the 26th episode of Pokémon Horizons: The Series, and the 1,258th episode of the Pokémon anime. It first aired in Japan on October 27, 2023.
Plot
On the Brave Olivine, Terapagos has a hard time eating the Pokémon food laid out for it unlike the others. With the ancient castle now in ruins, Diana has decided to stay aboard the ship, sharing her morning appetite with Roy. Friede hopes to get some pointers from Diana on how to raise Pokémon. Just then, Liko panics when she sees that Terapagos is gone. Terapagos walks around the ship's hallway, trying to make nice with Pawmi, only to scare it away. Liko looks all over the ship for Terapagos, even moving Snorunt out of the way to call into an air vent for it, but to no avail. After Roy reassures her, they find Terapagos in the hold trying to eat Oran Berries out of a small crate, but knocked it over and fell onto its back trying. Remembering how Terapagos wasn't too fond of the Pokémon food, Liko resolves to observe it more in hopes off understanding it.
From her observations aboard the ship and doodles on her Rotom Tablet, Liko sees that Terapagos never loses composure even when scolded by Captain Pikachu, likes sweets as seen when it slams its face into Murdock's cake, and always finds exciting things to do around the ship. After Terapagos interrupts one of Dot's Nidothing videos, she calls Liko over to her room, who is immediately embarrassed at the sight of Dot in her Nidothing costume. During a chat with Dot in her room, Liko comes to understand that everything today is new to Terapagos since it's been asleep for decades. The fills her with the resolve of wanting to teach Terapagos more about the modern age.
When Terapagos wanders off again, Liko asks Sprigatito where it went, only for the jealous Grass Cat Pokémon to run off. However, Hatenna jumps out of Liko's hood and leads her outside, where Terapagos is on the tip of the ship's front, calling for someone. Hatenna becomes exhausted from sensing Terapagos's strong emotions, prompting Liko to recall into her Poké Ball. Just then, Liko thinks of calling Friede when strong turbulence threatens to throw Terapagos off the ship, but seeing how there will hardly be any time to save Terapagos, Liko takes matters into her own hands. Sleeping in the observation deck, Diana is woken up by Sprigatito ramming into the door. She goes outside to see Liko climbing the ship's front to save Terapagos. She grabs Terapagos's hand, and is saved by Diana and Arcanine just as she is about to be thrown off by strong turbulence.

Nevertheless, Liko still wants to fulfill Terapagos's wish by taking it to Laqua. She says that it was thanks to meeting her first partner, Sprigatito, that her best traits were able to blossom. Hearing this, Liko goes to the captain's deck to thank Sprigatito for helping her take the first step as a Trainer.
