Razor Leaf is Ivysaur's side special move. When used, a single leaf is thrown in a slightly random trajectory (though it is very close to straight), dealing damage and knockback on those it hits.

Chikorita uses Razor Leaf after coming out of a Poké Ball in Super Smash Bros. Melee and Super Smash Bros. Brawl.

Snivy uses Razor Leaf after coming out of a Poké Ball in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS/Wii U. However, it cannot legitimately learn this move in the main series games.
