Release information
This card was released as a Jumbo promotional card. The English version was released as a Cosmos Holofoil card in the World of Illusions Box in February 2011. In Japan, upon the release of Clash at the Summit, this card and another promotional card were made available to anyone who bought two booster packs from the expansion. The Japanese version is Mirror Holofoil and has foil border.
Trivia
- This card was only released as a Jumbo card and is therefore not legal to use in tournaments or official events.
- This card shares the highest attack damage of any printed card with several other Jumbo promotional cards.
Origin
Zoroark is the featured Pokémon of Zoroark: Master of Illusions, which debuted two days after Clash at the Summit was released. The Legendary Pokémon in the illustration are all one-half of the paired Pokémon LEGEND featured in the Clash at the Summit expansion. Their primary types are also referenced in the Energy required for the attack on the card. The attack names on both the English and Japanese prints share the same names as recently released expansion sets in their respective countries, at the time this card was released. The English print references Call of Legends, which was released in the same month as this card; the Japanese version references Clash at the Summit, which this card was released alongside.
