Shaking grass

The reason Bulbapedia doesn't "freakin'" tell you what it is is because nobody's added it yet. Bulbapedia may not be complete, but mainspace pages are the last place to complain about it. Also, as far as what the shaking grass is, here's what I know. On occasion, a patch of grass will start shaking wildly, kind of like what happens in D/P/P when you use the Pokeradar. When you enter that patch of grass you automatically encounter a Pokemon, and the encounter rates and stuff for shaking grass are pretty much completely different. For instance, on Route 1, although you'd usually find Yorterrie, Minezumi, and Choroneko in regular grass, the shaking grass always produces a Tabunne. Each route's page should tell you what appears in shaking grass there. It appears to happen randomly. The same thing applies for swirling patches of dust in caves, dark patches of water, and... whatever those things are that you see on bridges. - unsigned comment from Missingno.
