Mewfour is yet another fictional Pokemon character. In production at this very moment is Pokemon Chrome (a Silver hack), which once I get it working, will have Celebi and Mewfour as the main legendarys available in the game. Like with the previous 3, Mewfour will be a Psycic type. But unlike most legendarys available to capture in the game, it will be LV 100.
