Effect
When the Pokémon successfully uses a status move while its HP is at 50% of its maximum or below during battle, it has a chance of increasing the user and its allies' Special Moves ↑ Next effect by one rank. The skill can range from Team Brainstorm 1 to Team Brainstorm 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Team Brainstorm 9 will always raise the user and its allies' Special Moves ↑ Next effect. Currently, only Team Brainstorm 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs.
