Effect
When the sync pair's Trainer uses a move, it has a chance of increasing the user's Special Moves ↑ Next effect by two ranks. The skill can range from T-Move: Special Boost ↑2 1 to T-Move: Special Boost ↑2 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a greater chance of activation. T-Move: Special Boost ↑2 9 will always raise the user's Special Moves ↑ Next effect by two ranks. Currently, only T-Move: Special Boost ↑2 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs.
