Effect
When the sync pair's Trainer uses a move, it has a chance of increasing the user's Special Moves ↑ Next effect by one rank. The skill can range from T-Move: Special Boost ↑1 1 to T-Move: Special Boost ↑1 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a greater chance of activation. T-Move: Special Boost ↑1 9 will always raise the user's Special Moves ↑ Next effect. Currently, only T-Move: Special Boost ↑1 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs.
