These are moves that do not have a fixed power value (i.e. they rely on variables such as weight, HP, etc).
These are moves that do not have a fixed base [[power]]; usually the power is displayed as "—". The power of these moves is determined by factors such as the user or target's [[List of Pokémon by weight|weight]], {{stat|HP}}, or [[friendship]]; some may depend on a random factor. For some of these moves, the power may be calculated directly from these factors and have a continuous range of possible power (e.g., {{m|Return}}), but for others, the power will have discrete levels depending on the exact conditions (e.g., {{m|Reversal}}).
