Pokémon Catcher was included in the {{TCG|Emerging Powers}} expansion, first released in the Japanese {{TCG|White Collection}}. In Japan, it was reprinted in the {{TCG|Battle Strength Decks}}, {{TCG|Battle Theme Deck: Victini}}, the {{TCG|Reshiram-EX Battle Strength Deck|Reshiram-EX}} and {{TCG|Zekrom-EX Battle Strength Deck}}s, and the {{TCG|Battle Gift Set: Thundurus vs Tornadus}}. It was later included in the {{TCG|Dark Explorers}} expansion as an Ultra-Rare {{TCG|Secret card}}, previously released in the Japanese {{TCG|Dark Rush}} expansion. The original print has subsequently been reprinted in Japan as part of the {{TCG|Master Deck Build Box EX}}, the {{TCG|Everyone's Exciting Battle}} collection, the {{TCG|Blastoise + Kyurem-EX Combo Deck}}, and the {{TCG|Mewtwo vs Genesect Deck Kit}}.

Pokémon Catcher was reprinted again during the XY Series in the English {{TCG|Kalos Starter Set}}, first released in the Japanese {{TCG|XY Beginning Set}}, with new artwork by [[5ban Graphics]] and the updated text to coincide with the XY Series errata. This artwork was later reprinted in the Japanese {{TCG|Xerneas Half Deck|Xerneas}} and {{TCG|Yveltal Half Deck}}s, the {{TCG|Hyper Metal Chain Deck}}, the {{TCG|Super Legend Set: Xerneas-EX & Yveltal-EX}}, the {{TCG|M Master Deck Build Box Power Style}} and {{TCG|M Master Deck Build Box Speed Style}} (released August 7, 2015), as well as the English {{TCG|XY Trainer Kit}}. An unnumbered XY-P Promotional print of this artwork was one of five Trainer cards available in conjunction with the ''Pokémon Card Game Deck Building Seminar'' event held as part of the Pokémon Center Pokémon Card Game School. This was present at participating Pokémon Centers in Japan from October 25 to November 16, 2014 and was open for elementary school-aged children. A 20-card set comprising two copies each of five Trainer cards plus 10 Energy cards could be purchased at Pokémon Centers during the event for ¥100. It was reprinted again in the English {{TCG|BREAKpoint}} expansion, first originating from the Japanese {{TCG|Emboar-EX vs Togekiss-EX Deck Kit}}, and later in the Japanese {{TCG|BREAK Starter Pack}}.
