::::::If you hacked the Member Card/Oak's Letter to get them in Platinum, they should pass through fine. If you did so in DP, it is completely understandable that the game noticed. Firstly, there is a game of origin flag anyway, so Transporter could just check for that (note that that is what transfers Pokémon, not Bank, so this discussion would be more suited to that page anyway).
